How do I cancel my subscription?
All Betcut subscriptions are managed by the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings, your name, Subscriptions, choose Betcut, and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Can I get a refund?
Apple issues refunds for App Store purchases, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select Betcut. If Apple declines and you think the case is fair, write us and we will follow up on your behalf.

Delete my account or export my data
In the app, open Profile, Settings, Delete my account. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. To request a copy of your data before deleting, email privacy@betcut.app and we will send you an export within 30 days.

The app crashed or my data looks wrong
Tell us what you tapped, what you expected, what happened, and your iPhone model and iOS version. Screenshots help. Mail support@betcut.app. We read every report and ship fixes weekly.

I logged a relapse by mistake. Can my streak be restored?
Yes, within 48 hours of the mistake. Write us from the device that logged it and tell us when it happened. After 48 hours we leave the record alone, because the longer between event and review, the harder it is to know what really took place.
